General Terms & Eligibility
Please read these Terms carefully before using the cricbd platform, as they constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us. By accessing the platform or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms. You must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to use this service under the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform. cricbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of those changes.
Account Registration & Verification
To open an account on cricbd, you must provide accurate and complete personal information, and it is your responsibility to keep this information up to date at all times. Each individual may open only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure and should not share this information with any third party. We may request a national ID card or other government-issued documents at any time for identity verification purposes. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Transaction Policy
The cricbd platform accepts deposits via Bangladesh's major mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. You must use a payment method registered in your name when making a deposit; deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 to 72 business hours, though this may be delayed if a verification process is ongoing. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are stated on the relevant page of the platform and are subject to change. All transactions will be conducted in BDT and we reserve the right to place any suspicious transaction on hold pending verification.
Betting Rules & Fair Play
All bets placed on cricbd are governed by the odds and rules displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven. During live betting, odds may change rapidly and no transaction is considered complete until bet acceptance is confirmed. In the event of a match cancellation or undetermined result, decisions will be made in accordance with our rules and stakes will be refunded where applicable. Prohibited Activities & Abuse
Fraud, automated betting via software, collusive betting, and any form of account manipulation are strictly prohibited on the cricbd platform. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions is strictly forbidden and the relevant authorities will be notified. Abuse of promotional offers — such as a single individual creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in immediate account termination. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities or technical advantages to gain unfair profits is prohibited, and any associated winnings will be voided in such cases. We reserve the right to investigate or suspend an account without prior notice if any prohibited activity is detected.
Data Protection & Privacy
Cricbd places the highest priority on protecting your personal information and we never sell your data to third parties. Your information is used solely for service operation, identity verification, and fulfilling legal requirements. Account Closure & Suspension
You can request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any balance remaining in your account will be withdrawable prior to closure, unless an investigation or dispute is ongoing. cricbd may also suspend or close an account in cases of Terms violations, evidence of fraud, or legal requirements. Our decision regarding account closure is final, however you may appeal through our support channels. As part of responsible gaming, you may also voluntarily request a temporary account lock.
Changes to Terms & Contact
Cricbd may update these Terms at any time with necessary changes, and the date of the update will be noted at the top of the page. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify you in advance via your registered contact method. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed automatic acceptance of the updated Terms.
